Due to the worldwide spread of the COVID-19, 2020 2nd International Applied Mathematics, Modelling and Simulation Conference (AMMS 2020) in conjunction with 2020 3rd International Conference on Mathematics and Statistics (ICoMS 2020), which was sponsored by Biology and Bioinformatics Society (BBS) under Hong Kong Chemical, Biological & Environmental Engineering Society (HKCBEES) held successfully online during June 21-23, 2020. The accepted papers published in ACM Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7541-2).
There were delegates from Spain, China, Germany, Luxembourg,
Bulgaria, South Africa, USA, India, Czech Republic, Thailand,
Kazakhstan and so on participated and presented in
the conference. AMMS is an annually-held conference. It provided
the participant good opportunities to exchange ideas and build
networks, and it will lead to the further collaborations between
both universities and other societies.
Advisory Chair-Prof. João Tiago Praça Nunes Mexia from
Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal gave the official opening
remarks. Then Prof. Nikolaos Limnios from University of
Technology of Compiegne, France; Prof. Ding-Geng Chen from
University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, USA and Prof.
Alexander Bulinski from Moscow State University, Russia made
wonderful keynote speeches; besides, Prof. João Tiago Praça
Nunes Mexia from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal and
Assoc. Prof. Nazrina Aziz from Universiti Utara Malaysia,
Malaysia made excellent invited speeches.

There were four oral sessions. Sessions were successfully held under the joint efforts of session chairs and all authors, and four Best Presentations were selected from the sessions.
