One regular registration is within Four to
Five Pages
(Double Columns) for publication,
including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will
be charged.
Register as an Author (for full paper)
You need to submit your full paper to us before submission
deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer
review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of
your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be
published into the conference proceedings/journal if accepted,
plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference
as well.
Register as Presenter (for abstract)
You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before
submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a
brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your
paper if it passes the review.
Register as a Delegate (no pubication and presentation) (Click)
You're simply required to fill out the
Registration form for delegate and send it to us via email before the
registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the
form.
Registration Fee Includes
Attendance in all scientific sessions; morning tea break,
afternoon tea break, lunch and dinner (on September 06, 2025); and
conference kit (Name badge and Certificate, Conference bag
and/or conference accessories, Program Book)
Registration and Participation Requirements
1. For conference participation, one paper should register at
least one author, and one registration can cover one participant
only.
2. The registered abstract or full paper must be presented in
oral or poster on site.
3. Along with your registration, you will receive your name
badge, which must be worn when attending all conference sessions
and activities. Participants without a badge will not be allowed
to enter the conference venue.
4. Please do not lend your name badge to the persons who are
not involved in the conference and do not bring the persons who
are irrelevant to the conference to the conference venue.
5. The conference organizers cannot accept liability for
personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property belonging
to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the
conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference
email box: amms@cbees.net
and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
* Conference registration cancelled before Jun. 05, 2026 with
reasonable grounds: 100% of the payment will be refunded,
however an administration fee of 30USD will be charged for the
service.
* Conference registration cancelled before Jun. 05, 2026 with
reasonable grounds: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled before Jul. 25, 2026 with
reasonable grounds: 30% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled after Jul. 25, 2026 with
reasonable grounds: the payment will not be refunded.
** 1. The above item is based on deduction for any bank transfer
fees (30USD). 2. In case of visa rejection, no-show or early
departure, no refund of registration fees will be made. 3. All
refunds will be processed after the conference. 4. Due to force
majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural
disaster, war and country policy, organizer reserves the rights
to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect
and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs,
charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and
lodging.
